5 effective ways to get rid of the belly fat

Belly fat is a problem that affects many women. Even though some other parts of the body might look great, the fat on the belly is still an issue. Green tea is rich is catechins, some antioxidants that help to burn fat. So, the best thing you can do, is to forget about your morning coffee and replace it with a big cup of green tea. You can also add some lemon for an extra delicious taste.
