10 tips for beautiful, strong legs

Having beautiful, strong legs can be quite a challenge, especially in the summer time, when we wear a lot of skirts, dresses and shorts. Cellulite is something that affects all women but there are some solutions that will make your legs look amazing every day. So if you want to know how to have strong legs, than here are a few rules you should follow.

Eat healthy!

1. Exercise: if you want to have toned legs, than sport is your best friend. There are a few activities that will really help you like running, swimming or jumping the rope. Also in order to work your legs, you can walk, ride a bike and choose the stairs instead of the elevator.

2. Eat healthy: exercising is not enough! The food that you eat influences the shape of your body. Forget about fats, sweets and white flour products, and eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.
